Food Storage Meals and Menu Planner!

The Food Storage Meals and Menu Planner
Post is missing the PDF.
I'm so Sorry . . . I have no idea what happened to it!
Here's the PDF:
This is the only file I have been able to recover
for this project.
I think the Shopping Lists are still missing.
After I finish the Day Keeper Pages and Instructions,
I will work on re-doing the shopping lists.
The recipes for the Menu Items are posted
Every Saturday!
Thanks for being sooo Patient!

Thank you, thank you! You are awesome! I appreciate you finding this and look forward to the other pages. I'm also working on the Day Keeper. I just finished your Go Fish in a bag today and my Vital Records Binder is all caught up. I love your site and hope you continue for a long time to come.

I was getting ready to put this together last night and was wondering what size fllash card thing you used. I have some loose ones that are 4X6 and they looked to big and the 3X5 are to small so what do you suggest or did you use?

Is there instructions on how to put this together and use somewhere. I am a little lost, do you eat the same thing everyday for each week?

The instructions on how to put the planner together are on the first post under Preparedness Projects. It will show you step by step how to put the book together.
As far as when you eat the meals . . .
You can incorporate 1 meal a week or 7 meals a week into your meal planning. This book gives you a month's worth of shelf-stable options to choose from.
Hope that helps!

The spiral index card book size is 3x5. It seems like they won't fit . . . but they do!
I bought mine at Smith's and Walmart.
Good Luck!
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Tricia,
Now that you are finished with the DayKeeper (and by the way I am loving mine) will you be able to post the shopping lists to finish this project?
Thank you so much for all your great ideas and sharing them with us.
