Mix Recipe #12
Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix!
Here's the Recipe:
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
2/3 cup Sugar
5 1/2 cups Sweetened Flaked Coconut
Layer the ingredients in the order given into
a wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar.
Pack each ingredient before adding the next.
To Make Cookies Add:
4 Eggs Whites
1 tsp. Almond Extract
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and Flour a baking sheet, and set aside.
Add the egg whites and almond extract to the dry
ingredients and Blend well.
Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the
prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges of the
cookies are golden.
Cool on wire rack.

By The Way . . .
Coconut Macaroons are even better dipped in chocolate.
You can use dark, semi-sweet, milk or even white chocolate.
It's a fast and easy mix to put together.
